The Pale Master class has a large number of benefits and very few drawbacks to it. On Stormnexus we have made changes to the class to bring it back into line with the other classes.

  • Pale Masters qualify for epic level spells at 15th level (see below) and get bonus feats at levels 13, 16, 19, 22, 25 and 28.
  • Pale Masters will receive penalties just like real undead.

These penalties are Pale Master level based and take the form of skins that will be applied when you level up. 50% Bludgeon and Divine REALLY HURTS.

  • Pale Masters can be Turned. Their save versus the turning is Will based and their spellcraft bonus versus spells is also applied.

The DC of the turn is based on the Turning characters class level and the higher of their wisdom or charisma.

  • 10% divine vulnerability
  • 10% positive vulnerability

Skin 2: (Pale Master 4 - 7)

  • 10% divine Vulnerability
  • 10% positive vulnerability
  • 10% bludgeon vulnerability
  • -3 ac (1 deflection, 1 dodge, 1 natural)

Skin 3: (Pale Master 8 - 9)

  • 25% divine Vulnerability
  • 25% positive vulnerability
  • 25% bludgeon vulnerability
  • -3 ac (1 deflection, 1 dodge, 1 natural)

Skin 4: (Pale Master 10 - 30)

  • 50% divine Vulnerability
  • 50% positive vulnerability
  • 50% bludgeon vulnerability
  • -6 ac (2 deflection, 2 dodge, 2 natural)
