Monks have traditionally lacked truly strong damage capabilities and have overly strong defense.

Thus we have introduced:

  • Special Monk Attack Gloves you can find or craft to add that extra "OOMPH!" to your punch.
  • Special Pure Monk Class items
  • Crafting for special Monk items

Monk Speed is an important part of the class, but at extremes can work badly against the NWN game engine. Therefore, characters with Monk levels cannot equip Haste items or use Haste spells (with the exception of Blinding Speed).
