Greater magic fang

Greater Magic Fang spell has been improved!
- Caster (Druid only) and companion gain benefits. First casting of the spell adds bonus to the druid. All other castings affect companion
- Attack bonus (AB) increases for each 3 caster levels. Max +5 AB for druid and for companion (of Ranger and druid)
- Damage bonus increases for each 3 caster levels. Max +5 magical damage bonus for druid and companion (of ranger and druid)
- Stacks with Magic fang up to +7 AB and +7 magical damage bonus for druid and companion (of ranger and druid)!
- Shifter levels > 15 are added to caster level
- Ranger levels > 10 are added to caster level
Note: The AB boost is subject of the +20 Attack bonus cap.
