Bal Sagoth

Bal Sagoth is the capitol of the Realm of Helon and was built to protect the Great River, Bil Ungrath. It is the home of the Vishlum - Undead who feed on the energy gathered into Bil Ungrath, unlike the Kashtilum who still feed from the Living, attacking them like predators and draining their life essence unwilling.
